DESCRIPTION:On the special event of victory of the women’s right\, INBA propose to publish the 5th Edition of its Coffee Table Book\, ‘The Phenomenal SHE’ on the occasion of the International Women’s Day 2023 on 11th March 2023. \nThis project was started in 2018 by Ms. Vinakshi Kadan\, Senior Advisor INBA and Advocate\, Supreme Court of India with the motive and intention to recognize the hard work of Women in various fields. \nOn the Occasion of International Women’s Day on March 11\, 2023\, INBA will have the privilege to launch 5th  Edition of ‘THE PHENOMENAL SHE’ which will acknowledge the distinct personality of women\, making the mark for themselves and encouraging others to follow. The President of India\, Hon’ble Sh. Ram Nath Kovind Ji blessed INBA and the book on its 3rd Edition of book on March 7\, 2020. through his message. \nINBA is working virtuously for the cause and social upliftment of women. We strive to appreciate and acknowledge every contribution made by women from all professional areas or activities which she thinks are worth a contribution to the society as a whole and beyond her family. These women have managed multiple tasks and demonstrated excellence in their personal and professional lives. On the occasion of International Human Rights Day\, INBA has also launched National Crime against Women Report along with Delhi Police Survey and 2nd Edition of Sexual Harassment Survey.
