IN SESSION:-

Congratulations guys, winning the BEST SPEAKER at your participation at 1st National out of total 38 teams. Well 76 speakers from 38 Law colleges around India… And winning the Best Mooter after competing and beating all, it must be very escalating! For sharing your spell bound experience in the moot the following interview is being conducted.

1. What made you choose this moot at first instance? As it was the 1st National of the Institute and the proposition was totally based on new Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.

Well, if it was the first national of your Institute then it was our first nationals as well. Haha!Being 2nd year students , and hence as beginners we definitely wanted to go to 1st editions of a national moot, so that we might be able to perform as well as learn in the moot. It is always advisable to select a moot as per your subjects currently being taught or which we have already studied (obviously here I am talking about beginners). This was also one reason why we chose Kurukshetra moot which was completely based on the new JJ act, 2015 as we were currently being taught the same in our college. (What else can be better than practical application of all the theories we study,right??!)…Read more
